Certified Coach Level 4 Introduction

The game of Hockey has given me so much in my life that I feel I must give back to this great game. My focus as coach to provide a safe environment for players to challenge themselves both physically and mentally and to discover where there full potential truly lies. My practices are set up to provide to safe environment for players to push and even break through their limits and to see what they are truly capable of achieving. My hope is that the lessons learned on my team with stay with the player through his or her entire life.

Once the season has begun I believe in input from all sources. I do not believe in dictatorship, each player has a say in what direction the team is going take. Team meeting are held once a month and we as a group decide what the next 30 days are going to look like. Every player pulling on the same rope in the same direction.
